Any user of an agreement (wish's users or proposal's user) can create a dispute if he believes that the terms of the agreement have been breached. For example, the product may not have arrived to the wish's user, or it may not have arrived in proper condition. Or the product may have arrived but wish's user say that it has not arrived, etc. At that point a dispute is created, which is a special procedure for deciding who is right.
When a dispute is created a special procedure is opened in which both users privately expose their arguments to Bitgree. Bitgree will make a decision based on the evidence shown, unlocking the funds from the multisignature escrow, which will be sent to the winner of the dispute.
There are products from different external stores in your basket, so a wish for each external store will be created.
Note: You will be able to configure each wish individually before publishing it.
