FOR SKIN
1.Remove the dermaroller from its container and spray it with alcohol solution and wash with warm water to sterilize.
2.Prepare the skin for treatment with an antiseptic or saline wash.
3.Hold the skin taughtroll over each section, once up and down, once side to side, and once diagonally.
4.Bathe the skin with saline after the skin has reddened.
5.Spray the dermaroller with alcohol solution and wash with warm water to sterilize, leave the dermaroller to dry and put it back to the case.

FOR SCALP
1.On dry hair, place the derma roller at the edge of where you’d like to target hair thinning or instil hair growth (e.g. the hairline, or the side of the temples).
2.Roll the device slowly over the area, first horizontally then vertically and then diagonally.
3.You should apply enough pressure to penetrate the scalp and feel a slight prickling or tingling, but not enough to cause pain.
4.If there is hair in the area, be sure to move in the direction of the hair strands whenever possible to avoid pulling hairs out.
5.After usage make sure to rinse the roller in warm soapy water and dip it in a disinfecting alcohol solution, and allow the tool to dry.
6.After dermarolling some people like to apply hair oils, e.g. peppermint or castor to aid hair growth.

FOR BEARD
1.Wash your face and beard with a gentle cleanser, then completely dry your skin and beard.
2.Place the derma roller on any areas with hair loss and gently roll it across, letting the micro-needles penetrate your skin.
3.Don’t push the needles in too hard (you needn’t draw blood to get results).
4.Apply a beard oil after derma rolling to enhance growth.
