We don't like long terms of use, so we'll narrow it down to a few points.
The user is solely responsible for the management of his wallet. Bitgree does not have access to the private keys of the users wallets, and therefore does not have access to the management of their funds. The user understands that if he loses his password and does not have a backup of the wallet seed words, he will lose his funds and Bitgree will not be able to do anything to recover them.
The user's password is never sent to Bitgree server. The user is solely responsible for choosing a secure password and guarding it. The user understands that if his password were known to a third party, his funds in his Bitgree wallet would be in danger.
The user knows and accepts the creation of cookies in his web browser by Bitgree.
Sorry, we are forced to place this clause due to a stupid European law.
The proponent may not refuse to manage a return, provided that the external store accepts the return of the product. In the event that the external store charges an amount for managing the return, it must be paid by the wisher.
In the event of a dispute in a wish, the user will accept the result proposed by Bitgree, although it may imply the loss of the dispute and therefore of the escrow funds. Bitgree will try to investigate every dispute as much as possible to decide a fair outcome.
Bitgree charges 0.5% fee for each outgoing transaction from escrow's balance.
